Here's another pic of Booger before the race. When they came down with him they had a handprint on his shoulders and a lightning bolt on his rump. The first official said it was ok (because we were sponsering the blanket for the race, and because he didn't care) But the second one said we had to wash it off. But it still looked nice on him.
